ISTE’s Crowd-Sourced Keynote
ISTE is mining its network of members, past conference attendees, and educational leaders choose a keynote speaker for the ISTE 2010 Conference.
This is the first “crowd-sourced” keynote project for ISTE. The goal is to identify what participants would like to learn from a keynote address.
The project also allows ISTE members to meet colleagues from around the world.

This should prove to be a great idea since only a fraction of ISTE’s participants bother to brave the crowds in the hallways and the long distances inside these convention centers to attend the keynote addresses.
So, we’ll wait and see if this keynote selection process bears fruit.
